Upper and  Lower Case Letters

  The English alphabet has twenty six letters. Each letter has a lower and upper case form. The upper case letters, most of the time, will be larger than the lower case letters. Upper case letters are used at the beginning of sentences, in names, and in titles.

The gray squares show the letters that are vowels.  The rest of  the letters are consonants. The lower case y can be used as a vowel or a consonant. 

The  names of the letters are:
