Definitions:

code1.designated areas: a place which is named, allowed.

violation: to break a law

dust-proofed: free od dust, such as a surface of concrete or stones.

code 2.bounds: boundaries, limit, edge

grafitti removal supplies: materials such as paint, paint brushes, and rollers.

code 3.weather tight: of a material which will not be harmed by rain, such as concrete or metal; if wood, painted with a sealing stain.

deterioration and blight: decayed, broken, rusted

code 4.appliances: ovens, refrigerators, televisions, etc.

inoperable vehicle: a vehicle which can not be operated; may be missing a tire, glass.

code 5.vegitation: any living plant, tree or shrub

hazards: things or conditions which may cause harm
