Code 1. There are limits to the amount of yard area that can be used for a driveway or parking. Parking vehicles anywhere other than these designated areas may be a violation. Designated parking areas must be dust- proofed. For further information please call 262-7844.

Estacignamiento

Hay limites para la cantidad de patio que se puede usar para una entrada o estacionamiento. El estacionar vehiculos en superficies de tierra y el estacionar varios vehiculos en el patio son irifracciones. El estacionamiento para autos de pasajeros y motocicletas es permitido en lotes residenciales en una entrada legal o en una cochera. Liame al 602-262-7844 para mas informacion.

Code 2.Graffiti

Graffiti must be removed from all sidewalks, walls, fences, signs and other structures or surfaces visible from beyond the bounds of the property. This is the responsibility of the property owner. Paint and graffiti removal supplies are available from the Graffiti Busters Program at 602-495-0323.

Los pintarrajeos (Graffiti)
Grafitti deben ser removidos de todas las banquetas, parades, cercos, y otras estructuras o superficies visibles mas alla de los limites de la propiedad. Esta es la responsabilidad de la propietario. Code 3. Fencing and Screening

Fencing and screening walls must be sound and made from the same materials. They also must be weather tight and free from deterioration and blight. Fences in residential zones cannot be higher than 3 feet in the required front yard and 6 feet in the required rear yard.

Cercos en Mal Estado
Las bardas y los cercos de proteccion de una propiedad deben de ser seguros y estar hechos del mismo material.. Tambien deben ser resistentes al clima y no estar deteriorados ni danados. Las bardas y los cercos en las zonas residenciales no deben de ser mas altos de tres pies en el patio o jardfn del frente y no mas altos de seis pies en el patio de atras.

Code 4.Outside Storage

Outside storage that can be seen from beyond the bounds of the property line is not allowed. Generally, any equipment, building or landscaping materials; parts/auto parts; appliances; or any scrap items may not be visible. You may store boats, campers and other similar personal items in the rear yard in a limited area. No inoperable vehicles may be visible from beyond the property boundaries.

Almacenaje en el Extorior
Al almacenaje en el exterior que se pueda ver desde mas alla de los limites de propiedad no esta permitido. Generaimente,cualquier equipo, materiales de construction o de jardinerfa; refacciones para autos; artefactos; o cualquier otra clase de articulos desechados no deben estar visibles. Usted puede almacenar articulos personales como botes, remolques para acampar y otros articulos similares en el patio de atros, dentro de una area limitada. Los vehiculos inoperables no deben de verse desede afuera de los limites de la propiedad.

Code 5. Yard maintenance
Overgrown, weeds, bushes, trees, grass and vegetation are fire and safety hazards. Yard maintenance is the responsibility of every property owner and includes the maintenance of any right of way abutting the property. Grass must be maintained at six inches or less. All shrubs in the right of way and on the property must be maintained. The branches of any tree extending over any public sidewalk, street, or other public way should be trimmed so they do not obstruct vision or the travel of motorists and people. All dead trees and vegetation must be removed and disposed of properly.

Mantenimiento de Jairdin
Hierbas ctecidas, arbustos, arboles, pasto y vegetacion presentan un peligro de incendios y de seguridad. El i mantenimiento del patio o jardn es la responsabilidad de cada propietario, e incluye el mantenimiento de cualquier propiedad junto al derecho de paso. El pasto debe mantenerse a un largo de seis pulgadas o menos. Todos los arbustos en el area de derecho de paso y en su propiedad deben ser podados. Las ramas de arboles quese extiendan sobre una banqueta poblica, calle, o cualquier otro paso poblilco deben podarse para que no obstruyan la vista o el paso de motoristas y personas. Todas los arboles y la vegetacion muerta debe removerse y desecharse apropiadamente.
