Steps for Writing Activity and Saving It

Student’s Name __________________________________________________

You are going to use Microsoft Word or another word processor and type 1-3 paragraphs about how the pictures tell about yourself. If you are a new writer, you may write a word or sentence telling about yourself. After finishing the writing, you will do a SAVE and, if continuing, a COPY.

Steps as follows:

1. From the desktop of your computer system open Microsoft Word.
2. Type 1-3 paragraphs about how the pictures tell about you.
3. Click on Edit
4. Click on Select All
5. Click on Edit
6. Click on Copy (Puts it on the Clipboard)
7. Click on File.
8. Click on Close
9. If computer asks to save your typing you may choose Yes or No.
